[2025-2] 지도교수상담제(PASS 프로그램) 운영 안내

Guidelines for PASS Program

* What is PASS Program?

  The PASS (Professor-Advised Student Support) Program is designed to help students orient themselves to graduate school life, plan their degree programs, and achieve their academic and career goals by providing academic, career, and personal advising from full-time faculty.

1. Eligibility: All enrolled GSIS students

(* Exchange students, students on leave of absence, and students who have completed their program are not eligible.)

2. Counseling advisor: Full-time Professors of GSIS

  1) You can check your assigned counseling advisor on the 학생역량 page in the 학생지원시스템 (onestop.pusan.ac.kr).

  2) A counseling advisor provides guidance on academic matters, career planning, and adaptation to graduate school life. This role is separate from that of an academic advisor, who supervises research and thesis work.

  3) Counseling advisors are assigned based on your major and are independent of your academic advisor selection. Even if you have already selected an academic advisor, your assigned counseling advisor may be different.

3. Counseling Term: Until 2025. 12(Dec). 29.(Mon)

4. How to apply : Visit 학생지원시스템(onestop.pusan.ac.kr) → Click 학생역량 → Click 지도교수상담 → Click 상담내역 및 상담신청

   * After applying online, contact your assigned counseling advisor individually to schedule your appointment.

   * Please refer to the attached file for more details.

5. Required Number of Sessions: At least once per semester (*All students are required to have counseling every semester.)

6. Counseling Method: 1:1 personal counseling (*PASS counseling sessions are conducted face-to-face.)

7. Type of Counseling: Designated counseling(지정상담)

8. Notes: Students who do not complete the designated counseling will not be able to access their personal score records during the grade confirmation period.

(* Once grades are finalized, students may access their records and request official transcripts.)

* PASS 프로그램이란?

  - 전임교원이 대학원생의 대학생활, 학업, 진로 및 취업과 관련된 상담과 지도를 통해, 학생이 스스로 삶의 목표를 설정하고 달성할 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램입니다.

1. 상담 대상: 모든 국제전문대학원 재학생 (*교환학생, 졸업유예생, 휴학생 제외)

2. 상담주체: 국제전문대학원 내 전임교원

  1) 본인의 상담교수는 학생지원시스템(onestop.pusan.ac.kr) 내 학생역량 페이지에서 확인 가능

  2) 상담교수는 진로, 취업, 학사 관련 상담을 담당하며, 지도교수는 연구 및 논문 지도를 담당함

  3) 상담교수는 학생의 전공을 고려하여 배정되며, 이는 지도교수 신청과 별도로 이루어짐. 따라서 지도교수를 이미 신청한 경우에도 배정된 상담교수는 다를 수 있음.

3. 상담 시기: 2025. 12. 29.(월)까지

4. 신청방법: 학생지원시스템(onestop.pusan.ac.kr) → 학생역량 → 지도교수상담 → 상담내역 및 상담신청

   * 온라인 신청 후 상담교수와 개별 연락하여 일정 조율함

5. 상담 횟수: 학기당 1회 이상 지도교수와 상담 실시 (* 매 학기 상담 실시)

6. 상담 방법: 1:1 개인상담 (*지도교수상담제(PASS)는 대면으로 진행됨)

7. 상담 종류: 지정상담

8. 기타사항 : 지정상담 미완료 시 성적 이의신청기간에 성적열람 불가

    ※ 단, 성적이 최종 확정되면 성적조회 및 증명발급 가능
