[2025-2] Application for the Preliminary Presentation of Doctoral Thesis(Dissertation)

박사학위논문 예비발표 신청 안내

1. Eligibility: Those who have completed the doctoral coursework, or who are enrolled beyound the 4th semester and are expected to complete the coursework in the current semester.

2. Application Period: By 17:00 on 2025. 10. 14.(Tue)

3. Required Documents: One copy of the Doctoral Preliminary Presentation Application (Please refer to the attached file, signature required)

4. Date for Preliminary presentation: 2025. 11. 7.(Fri) (* The individual presentation times will be announced later)

5. Place for Preliminary Presentation: To be announced later

6. Submission of Preliminary Presentation Evaluation Paper (Evaluation Materials)

  1) Submission Deadline: By 17:00 on 2025. 10. 31.(Fri)

  2) Number of Copies to Submit: 8 copies (1 copy for the GSIS Office, 7 copies for the GSIS faculty members)

  3) Submission Location: GSIS Office

7. Note

  1) The doctoral thesis examination request must be preceded by a preliminary presentation at least one semester before the thesis submission.

  2) On the day of the preliminary presentation, the presenter must prepare presentation materials as well as materials for attending students.

  3) The application cannot be submitted without the advisor's signature, and it must be submitted in person at the GSIS Office.

  4) The document must be submitted by visiting the office.

1. 신청 대상: 박사학위과정을 수료했거나, 4학기 초과 재학 중으로 해당 학기에 수료 예정인 자

2. 신청 기간: 2025. 10. 14.(화), 17:00까지

3. 제출 서류: 박사 예비 발표 신청서 1부 (첨부파일 확인, 서명 필수)

4. 발표일: 2025. 11. 7.(금) (* 개인별 발표 시간은 추후 안내)

5. 발표 장소 : 추후 안내

6. 예비 발표 심사 논문(심사용 자료) 제출

  1) 제출 기간: 2025. 10. 31.(금), 17:00까지

  2) 제출 부수: 8부 (행정실 1부, 국제전문대학원 교수 7부)

  3) 제출 장소: 국제전문대학원 행정실

7. 발표자 유의사항

  1) 박사학위 청구 심사 요청은 최소 한 학기 전에 예비 발표가 이루어져야 함

  2) 예비 발표 당일에는 발표 자료 및 참관 학생들을 위한 자료를 준비해야 함

  3) 지도교수의 서명 없이 제출할 수 없으며, 행정실에 직접 방문하여 제출해야 함
