[2024-1] Application for Postponement of Thesis Evaluation

2023학년도 후기 학위 논문심사 연기 신청

1. Application term : 2024. Jun. 28.(Fri) 5 p.m. 

2. Place for the application : GSIS office
3. How to apply : download the ATTACHED form, fill out your information and submit it to GSIS office.

4. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR POSTPONEMENT

  (1) You can apply for postponement only one time. If you reapply for it, then you must pay the evaluation fee again when you apply for thesis evaluation.

  (2) After applying for the postponement, you must be evaluated on next semester automatically without paying fee or submitting application form.

  (3) There is no change of your commitee members due to your postponement.

  (4) If you have not finished your evaluation even on next semester, you must submit the report of thesis evalution marking 'fail' on the result field not the application form for postponement.

4. 심사 연기시 유의사항 : 

  (1) 심사 연기는 심사비를 지불한 학기 기준 그 다음 학기까지만 연기 가능합니다.

       (*1회 연기 가능, 추가 연기 후 심사신청 시 심사료 다시 지불해야 함)

  (2) 심사 연기 후 다음 학기에는 따로 심사비 및 심사서 제출 없이 자동으로 심사대상자가 됩니다. 

  (3) 심사 연기로 인한 심사위원 변경은 불가능합니다. 

 (4) 심사 연기 후 그 다음 학기에도 심사를 완료하지 못할 시에는 추가 심사 연기신청이 아닌 학위논문 심사결과보고서의 심사결과 '부'로 작성 후 1) 심사결과보고서와 2) 심사요지를 제출해야 합니다.
