[2024-1] 2024학년도 1학기 대학원 과정 수강취소 신청 기간 안내
Notice of Application for Course Withdrawal
<중요 Important> 1. 온라인 신청 필수 An online application is necessary. 2. 담당 교수님 서명 없을 시 취소 승인 불가 Approval for cancellation cannot be granted unless the professor in charge has provided their signature.
반드시 담당 교수님의 서명을 받은 후 제출하십시오. Make sure to submit it after getting the signature of the professor in charge of the class. |
We inform you the notice on Course Withdrawal for Spring semester of 2024 as below. Students who wish to discontinue a course must withdraw from the class as follows.
1. Qualification : Graduate Students
2. Application Period : 2024. Apr. 2.(Tue), 09:00 ~ Apr. 8.(Mon), 18:00
3. How to withdraw (Refer to the attached Files)
A. Fill out the Course Withdrawal Request Form on the website below and print it out.
(* How to apply for withdrawal: 학생지원시스템 onestop.pusan.ac.kr → 로그인 → 수업 → 수강취소(정규/계절) → 정규학기 → 수강취소신청서 작성)
B. Get the Professor’s signature for the course you want to withdraw.
C. Get the Head of Department's signature (Prof. Lee, Daejoong) and then submit your Course Withdrawal Request Form
(수강교과목 취소 신청서) at the GSIS office until Apr. 9.(Tue), 14:00.
4. Students can withdraw up to two courses. After withdrawing the courses, students should take at least one course (3 credits).
5. Withdrawn courses will not appear on the academic record, and also they will not be reflected in the record evaluation, acquired credit, and grade average.
6. Important Notes
A. Course withdrawal request will be accepted during the given period only (No additional period).
B. Students who apply for the course withdrawal should check the result on the website (https://onestop.pusan.ac.kr/) from 2024. Apr. 16.(Tue). Then print it out and keep it safely. Students are liable for all disadvantages occurred from not following the confirmation procedure.
C. Those who paid Differential Tuition must contact the financial affair team to refund your tuition fees due to course withdrawal. (* Contact: 051-510-1051)

2024학년도 1학기 대학원 과정 수강취소(W) 신청 기간을 아래와 같이 안내하오니 수강취소를 희망하는 학생은 절차에 따라 수강교과목 취소신청을 하시기를 바랍니다.
1. 대상: 대학원생
2. 수강취소 신청 기간 : 2024. 4. 2.(화), 09:00 ~ 4. 8.(월), 18:00
3. 대학원 과정 수강취소 절차 (*첨부파일 참조)
1) 학생지원시스템(Web)에서 수강취소신청서를 작성한 후 출력
(* 신청 경로: 학생지원시스템 onestop.pusan.ac.kr → 로그인 → 수업 → 수강취소(정규/계절) → 정규학기 → 수강취소신청서 작성)
2. 대학원생은 수강취소신청서에 해당 교과목 담당 교수 허가(도장 or 서명)를 받고
3. 학과장(이대중 교수님) 승인을 받아 국제전문대학원 행정실로 2024. 4. 9.(화), 14:00까지 제출하여야 한다.
4. 수강취소 신청은 2과목 이내로 하고 취소 이후 신청 학점이 최소 3학점 이상이 되어야 한다.
5. 수강취소 된 교과목은 성적일람표에 기재되지 않으며 성적평가, 취득 학점, 평점 평균 산출 등에 반영되지 않는다.
6. 유의 사항
1) 위 수강취소(W) 기간 외 별도의 취소신청은 받지 않음.
2) 수강취소를 신청한 학생은 2024. 4. 16.(화) “학생지원시스템→ 수업→ 수강신청 및 확인→ 수강확인” 메뉴에서 수강취소 결과를 확인하고 출력하여 보관해야 함. 이를 확인하지 않아 발생하는 모든 불이익은 학생의 책임임.
3) 유급자 및 수업연한 초과 등 차등납부대상자의 경우에는 수강취소에 따른 등록금 환불에 대한 사항은 재무과(051-510-1051)로 문의 바람
