Guidelines for PASS Program

 

 

 

 

* What is PASS Program?

  PASS is the program to help students orient themselves to college life, plan the degree program, and achieve their academic and career goals by providing a range of advising resources.

 

 

※ Academic advisor is in charge of guiding student's research and thesis and is different from PASS counselor. For students plan to write a thesis, please fill out and submit a recommendation form within the designated period. ※ 지도교수는 석박사 학생의 논문 작성 및 연구 지도를 담당하는 교원으로 PASS 상담교수와는 다릅니다. 논문을 작성할 계획이 있는 학생의 경우, 지정된 기간 내 반드시 지도교수 추천서를 작성하여 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 

 

 

 

1. For whom : All Enrolled GSIS Students 

    (* Except Exchange Students, Completed Students and Students on a leave of absence)

 

2. Counselor : Full-time Professors of GSIS

  1) You can confirm your assigned conselling advisor from 학생역량 page in PNU website (onestop.pusan.ac.kr).

  2) Counselling advisor is in charge of regular counseling with students in order to make you adapt to college life and build a personal career path. Thus, it can be differ from academic advisor who guides your research work.

  3) Based on your major, counselling advisor will be assigned randomly. Even if you have already applied for your academic advisor, your counselling advisor may be assigned another professor than your academic advisor.

3. How to apply : Visit 학생지원시스템(onestop.pusan.ac.kr) → Click 학생역량 → Click 통합상담 → Click 지도교수상담 → Click 상담신청

   * After applying for counsel through PNU website (onestop.pusan.ac.kr), please contact your assigned professor individually for the appointment with professors.

   * Please check the attached file.

   

 

4. Term for Counsel : 2024. Mar. 4.(Mon) ~ 2024. Jul. 1.(Mon)

 

5. Required number of Counsel : Students should counsel with their counselor once a semester.

 

6. How to Counsel : 1:1 (one-to-one) personal counselling (* The PASS program will be conducted on face-to-face basis.)

 

7. Kind of Counsel : Regular Counsel

 
8. Disadvantages for those who do not take the advisement : Restrict the access to personal score record (Not accessible to enter the score record system during the confirmation period)

 

* PASS 프로그램이란?

- 전임교원이 대학원생의 대학생활, 학업, 진로·취업 영역의 상담 및 지도를 통해 학생 스스로 삶의 목표를 설정하고 달성할 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램

1. 상담 대상: 모든 국제전문대학원 재학생 (*교환학생, 졸업유예생, 휴학생 제외)

2. 상담주체: 국제전문대학원 내 전임교원

  1) 본인의 상담교수는 학생지원시스템(onestop.pusan.ac.kr) 내 학생역량 페이지에서 확인 가능

  2) 상담교수의 경우 진로, 취업, 학사 관련 상담을 담당하며 지도교수는 연구 및 논문을 담당

  3) 상담교수는 학생의 전공을 고려하여 배정되며, 지도교수 신청과는 별개로 배정됨 (지도교수 기 신청자더라도 배정된 상담교수는 다를 수 있음)

 

3. 상담 시기 : 2024. 3. 4.(월) ~ 2024. 7. 1.(월)

 

4. 신청방법:  학생지원시스템(onestop.pusan.ac.kr) → 학생역량 → 통합상담 → 지도교수상담 → 상담신청

   * 학생지원시스템에서 온라인으로 상담신청을 한 후, 상담교수님께 개별적으로 연락을 취해서 상담일정을 잡아야 함    

 

5. 상담 횟수: 학생 당 한 학기에 1회 이상 상담 필수 (* 매학기 상담해야 함) 

 

6. 상담 방법: 개인상담 (* 지도교수상담제(PASS)는 대면으로 진행됩니다.)

 

7. 상담 종류: 지정상담 

8. 미상담시 불이익: 성적정정기간 동안 성적조회 제한 (*학기별 성적 확정전 열람 및 이의신청기간에 성적조회 제한)
