Notice of Academic Advisor Selection
2024학년도 1학기 지도교수 추천서 신청 안내
※ Academic advisor is in charge of guiding student's research and thesis and is different from PASS counselor. For students plan to write a thesis, please fill out and submit a recommendation form within the designated period. In addition, you cannot select the academic advisor and apply for thesis examination in the same semester.
※ 지도교수는 석박사 학생의 논문 작성 및 연구 지도를 담당하는 교원으로 PASS 상담교수와는 다릅니다. 논문을 작성할 계획이 있는 학생의 경우, 지정된 기간 내 반드시 지도교수 추천서를 작성하여 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
또한 지도교수 추천서를 작성하여 제출하는 당해 학기에는 논문심사를 받을 수 없음을 다시 한 번 안내드립니다. |
1. Application Period : 2024. Mar. 13.(Wed) ~ May. 31.(Fri) 17:00 (punctuality)
2. Qualification for Applicantion :
(Master's) Students Enrolled in 2nd semester
(Doctoral) Incoming Students or Non-Applicants due to the absence of leave
3. Required Documents
1) Academic advisor appointment form (attached)
2) Thesis research proposal (attached)
*Please sign or seal the document before submitting it.
4. How to Apply
1) After filling out required forms(attached files), get your academic advisor and head of department’s signature each if you received approval (* Head of department : Prof. Lee Daejoong).
2) Submit these documents to administrative office.

5. Important Note
1) Unless you submit academic advisor appointment forms, you can not attend ‘Thesis research’ class.
2) Once you submit your academic advisor appointment form, you can not change your advisor (except in the case of compelling circumstance)
3) When you change your academic advisor, you can take thesis examination only after teaching from new advisor for at least one semester.
4) You can register for ‘Thesis research’ class in only 4th semester(master student)/ 3rd and 4th semester each(Ph’d student).
5) The academic advisor and the PASS counselling advisor are separate. (Academic advisor is responsible for your dissertation and research; counselling advisor is in charge of your academic and school life)

1. 신청 기간 : 2024. 3. 13.(수) ~ 5. 31.(금) 17:00 (기한엄수)
2. 신청 자격 :
- (석사과정) 입학 후 해당학기가 2학기인 재학생
- (박사과정) 신입생 및 휴학으로 인한 미신청자
3. 제출 서류 :
1) 지도교수 추천 신청서 (첨부파일 및 양식함 참조)
2) 논문연구계획서 (첨부파일 및 양식함 참조)
*제출서류 제출 시 반드시 서명/날인 후 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
4. 제출 방법
- 논문연구계획서와 지도교수 추천 신청서를 작성한 후 희망지도교수님과 전공주임의 서명을 받고 행정실로 제출 (*전공주임: 이대중 부원장님의 서명을 받아서 제출)
- Fax 제출 (051-581-7144 (팩스 송신 후 051-510-1663으로 수신 확인 연락요망)
5. 유의 사항
- 1) 지도교수 미 추천 시, 논문연구 수업을 신청할 수 없음.
- 2) 지도교수 신청 후, 변경은 불가함(단, 부득이한 경우 반드시 논문연구 수강 직전학기까지 문의요망).
- 3) 지도교수가 변경되었을 경우, 변경된 지도교수로부터 한 학기 이상 지도를 받아야 논문을 제출할 수 있음.
- 4) 논문연구 수업은 석사과정 2년 중 4학기, 박사과정 2년 중 3, 4학기에 2번 수강신청해야 함.
- 5) 지도교수와 지도교수상담제(PASS프로그램) 상담교수는 별개입니다. (지도교수는 학위논문 및 연구지도 담당; 상담교수는 학업 및 학교생활 관련 상담 담당)
- 6) 이메일 제출 불가
