[2024-1] Transfering Credit from a Former School

전적학교 학점 인정 신청 안내

  We would like to inform the application process to transfer credits from a former school as below. Please apply for it within the designated period.

1. Standard of Recognition : Subjects with similar academic contents studied in the same course of graduate school

2. Range of Recognition : below one half of the credits required for course completion
3. Recognition Process : Through the Departmental Review

4. Required Documents : Subtmit ①Syllabus of former school ②Application Form (*Attached) and ③Transcript to GSIS office.

  * Application Period : 2024. Mar. 4.(Mon) ~ Mar. 8.(Fri). 5 p.m.

5. Notes :

  1) If you take the same subject transferred from a former school, then credits obtained from the GSIS will be unrecognized.

     (* If the title of subject is the same, it will be considered as a duplicate subject)

  2) If you register for the same subject before transferring credits, we cannot check the duplication status. Please check the class list you have registered by yourself. 

* The head of a department(학과장) is Professor. Lee, Dae-joong.   

  대학원과정 학생 중 전적 학교 학점 인정 처리절차를 다음과 같이 안내해 드리오니 기한 내 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 인정 기준: 입학 전 교내외 타 대학원 동일과정에서 취득한 과목 중 학문내용이 유사한 교과목

2. 인정 범위: 수료에 필요한 학점의 2분의 1 범위 내

   * 참고: (2022년 이전 입학 기준) 석사과정의 경우 최소필요 학점 논문트랙 42학점/비논문트랙 48학점, 박사과정의 경우 최소필요 학점 42학점

             (2022년 이후 입학 기준) 석사과정의 경우 최소필요 학점 논문트랙 36학점/비논문트랙 42학점, 박사과정의 경우 최소필요 학점 36학점
3. 인정 절차: 학과 심의를 거쳐 교육혁신과로 신청 

4. 제출 서류: ①전적학교 이수과목 교수계획표 ②성적증명서 ③학점 인정 신청서 작성 후 국제전문대학원 행정실 제출  

  * 신청기간: 2024. 3. 4.(월) ~ 2024. 3. 8.(금) 오후 5시까지

5. 유의 사항:

  1) 전적 학교 학점 이정 교과목과 동일한 교과목을 본교에서 다시 이수한 경우, 중복 교과목으로 처리되어 뒤에 취득한 성적은 무효과 되니 유의바람 (* 교과목명이 동일한 경우 중복 교과목으로 처리함)

  2) 학점 인정 전에 수강 신청한 경우 전산상 중복 교과목 확인이 불가하므로 학점 인정신청시 수강신청 내역 반드시 확인바람
