[2024-1] 신입생 학생증 신청 Student ID card

1. 다기능스마트 카드 학생증(금융기능 탑재) 발급(내국인 해당)

  □ 신청 및 배부 절차

  가. 신청기간 : 2024. 3. 5.(화) ~ 3. 15.(금)

    나. 신청방법 : 비대면 방식으로 신청【발급 프로세스 붙임 참조】

    다. 준비사항 : 신분증(주민등록증 / 운전면허증), 증명사진, 학번

    라. 유의사항 : 단기간 다수계좌(최근 20영업일 이내 요구불 통장 개설 이력 보유)는 비대면을 통한 계좌 개설이 제한

    마. 수령일정 : 4월 초 <예정> ※ 단과대학별 신청 인원에 따라 별도 안내 예정

    바. 수령장소 : 소속 학과사무실(신분증 지참)

  □ 기능안내

     ① 학내 기능 : 도서관(출입, 열람실 이용, 책 대출), 전자출결, 금정회관 1층 학생식당 천원의 아침밥 학생인증 등

     ② 교통 카드 : 선불 충전식 또는 후불결제식 대중교통카드

     ③ 체크 카드 : 예금잔액 범위 내에서 모든 신용카드 가맹점에서 이용

     ④ 현금IC카드 : 당, 타은행 CD/ATM기를 이용하여 입, 출금 등 은행거래를 할 수 있음.(해외출금 이용가능)

  □ 기타사항

    ① 신·편입생 신청기간(2024.3.15.)이후 부터는 비대면 신청은 가능하나, 개인별 직접 방문 수령

    ② 재발급 신청자는 비대면 신청 가능하며(문의: 하나카드 ☎1800-1111), 개인별 직접 방문 수령

2. 모바일 학생증(비금융) 발급(내·외국인 모두 가능)

  □ 발급기간 : 2024. 3. 4.(월) ※ 일정 변경 시 별도 안내 예정

  □ 대 상 자 : 신·편입생 및 재학생 전체, ※ 타 대학 교환 및 교류학생은 수학 기간에 한함

  □ 발급방법(본인 스마트폰)

    ① Play스토어/App스토어에서 부산대학교 스마트캠퍼스 어플리케이션(App) 설치 후 로그인(학번/비밀번호)

    ② 모바일학생증 배너 확인 및 클릭

    ③ 모바일학생증 확인

  □ 기능안내

    ① 도서관(출입, 열람실 이용, 책 대출)

    ② 건물출입관리시스템(QR 리더기) 학생 인증

    ③ 금정회관 1층 학생식당 천원의 아침밥 이용 시 학생 인증

     ※ 모바일학생증 발급이 어려운 경우 내국인은 학생과(1271) 외국인은 국제협력실(3839) 문의

2. Issuance of mobile student ID (non-financial) (for both domestic and international students)

  ○ Issuance period: After 2024. Mar. 4st. (Mon)

  ○ Eligibility: All new, transfer students and current students,

    Note that ※ Exchange and exchange students from other universities are limited to the study period.

  ○ Issuance method (your smartphone)

    1) Install Pusan National University Smart Campus app (can be found either on Play Store or App Store) and log in using your (Student ID/Password)

    2) Check and click the mobile student ID header

    3) Check your mobile student ID

  ○ Other functions

    1) Library (entrance, the use of reading room, borrowing books)

    2) Building access management system (QR reader) student authentication

    3) Student certification when using the student cafeteria on the 1st floor of Geumjeong Hall for (breakfast for only KRW 1,000)

    ※ If it is difficult to issue a mobile student ID, inquire at the Student Division (1271) for Koreans and the International Cooperation Office (3839) for International students.
