Notice of Application for the Preliminary Presentation for Ph’D
1. Application Period : 2023.Sep.20th.(Wed) ~ Oct.13th.(Fri) 16:00
2. Required Document for Application : Application form (*Refer to attached file, Please sign and submit the document)
3. Date for Preliminary presentation : 2023. Nov. 6th.(Mon) 9:30 a.m.~ (*Further notice)
4. Place for Preliminary presentation : Samsung industry-academic cooperation bldg.(#508) class room #810 (*Further notice)
5. Procedure before preliminary presentation
1) The bounded copy of a doctoral dissertation should be submitted to administrative office until 2023. Oct. 26th.(Thu).
2) The bounded copy of a disseration should be submitted to All GSIS faculty until 2023. Oct. 26th.(Thu).
6. Note
1) The preliminary presentation should be completed at least one semester before final examination for doctoral degree.
2) Doctoral students should prepare the summary of your dissertation for attendees.
3) Unable to submit without the signature of the supervisor
4) Must be submitted by visiting the office

2. 제출 서류: 박사예비발표신청서1부 (첨부파일 확인, 서명 필수)
3. 예비발표 일시: 2023.11.06.(월) 오전 9시 30분~ (* 신청인원에 따른 시간 변경될 경우 추후 공지)
4. 예비 발표 장소 : 삼성산학협동관 810호 강의실 (*장소 변경될 경우 추후 공지)
5. 예비발표 심사논문 제출
1) 2023.10.26.(목)까지 제본된 예비발표 심사논문을 행정실 제출 및 국제전문대학원 전체 교수님(총 9명)께 심사논문 전달
6. 발표자 유의사항
1) 박사학위청구심사 요청 최소 한 학기 전에 반드시 예비발표가 이루어져야 함
2) 예비 발표 당일에 발표 자료 및 참관 학생들을 위한 논문 요약본을 준비해야 함
3) 예비 발표 시 빔 사용가능하나 발표 당일 오전에 행정실에 요청해야 함
4) 지도교수의 서명 없이 제출 불가하며 행정실에 방문하여 제출해야 함
