(Fall Semester of 2026) Application for Re-admission

 

□ 재입학 신청

1. 신청 대상

  - 학칙 제67조에 따라 제적된 자

  - 학칙 제67조 제2~3호의 사유(재학연한 초과자, 학사경고 연속 3회자)로 제적된 학생은 제적된 날로부터 6개월이 경과한 후 재입학 신청 가능

  - 제적 당시의 모집 단위가 재입학 신청 시 폐지되었을 경우 유사 학과에 재입학 신청 가능

 

□ 재입학 허가

1. 재입학 허가는 재입학 모집인원 총정원(여석) 범위 내에서 시행

  - 대학원 과정의 여석은 당해 학년도 입학정원에서 재학생 수를 제외한 수로 산정

    ※  대학원 과정 재입학 여석은 후기 학위수여식(2026. 8. 21.) 후 별도 산정

 

(참고) 재입학 지원자가 여석보다 많을 경우

  - 제적 사유에 따라 단계별 입학 허가

(1단계) 자퇴, 미복학, 미수강, 이중학적 제적자	(2단계) 재학연한 초과, 학사경고
- 1순위 : 취득 학점이 높은 자 - 2순위 : 성적(평점평균)이 높은 자 - 3순위 : 연장자	좌동

 

□ 제출서류

  - 재입학원서 서식 1부(첨부파일 확인)

  - 성적증명서 및 학적부 각 1부

   ※ 성적 이수 학기가 없을 경우 재입학원서 하단 오른쪽에 볼펜으로 “성적 이수 없음”을 별도 표시

  - 재입학 지원학과 교수 회의록 각 1부(해당자에 한함*)

    * 재학연한 초과자, 학사경고 연속 3회자, 무기정학 징계처분 이력이 있는 재입학 신청자는 소속 대학(원)의 학과(부)나 전공 교수회의의 승인을 받아야 한다.

 

□ 신청 기한

  - 외국인 학생: 2026. 5. 26.(화) ~ 2026. 6. 5.(금)

  - 한국인 학생: 2026. 7. 20.(월) ~ 2026. 7. 31.(금)

  - 국제전문대학원 행정실 (삼성산학협동관 801호)로 제출

 

□ 재입학 허가 예정일

  - 외국인 학생: 2026. 7. 10.(금)

  - 한국인 학생: 2026. 8. 24.(월)

    ※ 허가일은 변경 가능

□ Eligibility for Re-Admission

1. Applicants

  - Students who were disenrolled in accordance with Article 67 of the PNU Academic Regulations.

  - Students disenrolled for exceeding the maximum period of study or receiving academic probation for three consecutive semesters (Article 67, Items 2–3) may apply for re-admission only after six months have passed from the date of disenrollment.

  - If the department (major) at the time of disenrollment has been abolished, students may apply for re-admission to a related or equivalent department.

 

□ Approval of Re-Admission

1. Re-admission will be granted within the quota (remaining seats) allocated for re-admission.

  - For graduate programs, the number of available seats is calculated by subtracting the number of enrolled students from the admission quota of the relevant academic year.

     ※ Graduate program re-admission quotas will be finalized after the August 2026 Graduation Ceremony (2026. 8. 21.).

 

* In cases where the number of applicants exceeds the available quota

  - Re-admission approval will be granted by priority according to the reason for disenrollment.

(1st Priority Group) Students disenrolled due to voluntary withdrawal, failure to return from leave of absence, failure to register for courses, or dual enrollment	(2nd Priority Group) Students disenrolled due to exceeding the maximum study period or academic probation
- 1st Priority: Students with higher earned credits - 2nd Priority: Students with higher GPA - 3rd Priority: Older applicants	Same as above

 

□ Required Documents

  - Re-Admission Application Form (see attached file)

  - Official Transcript and Academic Record (1 copy each)

   ※ If there is no completed coursework, please write “No completed coursework” in pen at the bottom-right section of the application form.

  - Faculty Meeting Minutes from the Department Applying for Re-Admission (if applicable*)

    * Students who were disenrolled for exceeding the maximum study period, receiving three consecutive academic probations, or having a record of disciplinary suspension must obtain approval from the department (major) faculty meeting.

□ Application Period

  - Foreign Students: 2026. 5. 26.(Tue) ~ 2026. 6. 5.(Fri)

  - Korean Students: 2026. 7. 20.(Mon) ~ 2026. 7. 31.(Fri)

  - Submission Location: GSIS Office, Sanhak Bldg. Room 801 (Submit all required documents in person)

 

□ Expected Date of Re-Admission Approval

  - Foreign Students: 2026. 7. 10.(Fri)

  - Korean Students: 2026. 8. 24.(Mon)

    ※ The approval dates are subject to change.
