[2024-2] Application for Presentation and Examination for the Doctoral Thesis
박사학위 청구 논문 심사요구서 제출 안내
1. Applicant Qualification
1) Applicant must pass both qualification exam and foreign language proficiency test. (* Scheduled date of announcement of qualification exam results : 2024. Oct. 7.(Mon) 11:00~)
2) Applicant must complete the preliminary exam(presentation).
3) Applicant must have published at least one publication in a recognized journal such as KCI, SSCI, or higher. (*a copy of the published article must be submitted)
2. Application Period: Until 2024. Oct. 11.(Fri), 17:00 (Punctuality)
3. Required Documents for Application (Please sign the document and visit the office to submit it)
1) Request Form (*attached; Only typing will be accepted)
2) Pledge Statement for Research Ethics (*Attached)
3) Examination Fees : 300,000 KRW (ONLY CASH)
4) A Copies of Cover Letter (*Attached)
5) A Copy of Published Article in Academic Journals
4. Submit Doctoral thesis, Turnitin reports and CV
1) Submission Period: Until 2024. Oct. 23.(Wed)
2) Submission to: GSIS Office, 5 committee members (*Submit the thesis individually to the committee members)
3) Plagiarism rate standard: Less than 20%
5. The committee members will be notified on GSIS website in 2024.Oct.18.(Fri).
6. The 1st examination (Oral Presentation)
1) Date for Presenatation of Thesis : 2024. Nov. 4.(Mon).
2) Eligibility: Only those who have been confirmed by their own advisor to be able to present (*No separate approval process)
3) Presentation times for each student will be announced at a later date
7. Note
1) Please prepare your thesis summary for attendees on presentation date.
2) After the first round, you should arrange the schedule of the next round with your advisor individually. (You should have at least 3 evaluations)
3) Submit the thesis examination result report → Submit to GSIS office by 2024.Dec.28.(Fri) 17:00 (punctually)
4) Submit one copy of the final thesis with a stamped/signed approval sheet → Submit to GSIS office by 2025.Jan.3.(Fri) 17:00 (punctually)
5) Submitting your thesis to the library will be announced at a later date.

1) 학위논문 제출 자격시험 및 외국어능력시험에 합격한 자 (* 학위논문 제출 자격시험 결과 발표 예정일 : 2024. 10. 7.(월) 11:00~)
2) 예비 발표를 통과한 자
3) KCI, SSCI 및 그 이상으로 인정받는 학술지에 1편 이상 논문을 게재한 자 (*게재된 논문별쇄본 1부를 제출하여야 함)
2. 서류 제출기간 : 2024. 10. 11.(금), 17:00까지 (기한엄수)
3. 필요서류 (*서명 필수, 방문제출)
1) 학위청구논문 심사요구서 1부 (첨부파일; 타이핑하여 제출; 수기작성 불가)
2) 연구윤리준수 서약서 1부 (첨부파일)
3) 심사료 : 300,000원 (행정실로 제출, 현금만 수납 가능)
4) 이력서 1부 (첨부파일)
5) 학술지 게재한 논문별쇄본 1부
4. 심사용 제본 논문, Turnitin 보고서 및 이력서 제출
1) 제출 기한: 2024.10.23.(수)까지
2) 제출 대상: 행정실, 심사위원 5인 (* 심사위원 교수님께 제본논문 개별적으로 제출)
3) 표절률 기준: 20% 미만
5. 심사위원 위촉 및 심사위원 공지 : 2024. 10. 18.(금) 공지사항 게시판 게시 예정
6. 1차 심사(공개발표) The 1st examination (Oral Presentation)
1) 공개발표일: 2024. 11. 4.(월)
2) 발표 대상자: 지도교수님께 발표 가능 확인받은 자에 한함 (*별도 승인 절차 없음)
3) 발표 시간은 추후 안내
7. 참고 사항 Note
1) 학위논문 발표 당일 ppt 자료 및 참관자 자료 준비
2) 박사학위논문 심사자는 1차 공개발표 이후 2차 및 3차 심사는 심사자와 심사위원이 개별적으로 일정을 계획하고 심사받음
3) 논문심사 결과보고서 제출 → 2024. 12. 28.(금) 17:00 까지 국제전문대학원 행정실로 제출(기간엄수)
4) 최종인준 날인 논문 1부 제출 → 2025. 1. 3.(금) 17:00 까지 국제전문대학원 행정실로 제출(기간엄수)
5) 도서관 논문 제출은 추후 안내
